Description of the project

Gallery Gabrichidze has a possibility to use the building at Rue Cesar Depaepe 6 in Colfontaine for own projects. Gallery Gabrichidze is intended to establish an integrated art gallery, cultural centre, talent agency educational facility, IT venue and creative studio at this location. With the help of government subsidies combined with investments and donations we hope to create a multifunctional cultural network, educational facility and IT venue which would serve as new development engine for the whole region, this helping both economic and cultural breakthrough.
The property is located close to major traffic infrastructure, at the walking distance from the historic landmarks of the Colfontaine/Mons region, particularly from the places related to the early life of the classic Dutch artists Vincent van Gogh. The strong IT basis of the project combined with the unique location at the border of Belgium and France, with an easy access to major European capitals such London, Paris and Brussels will soon ensure the increasing volume of visitors and clients allowing us to predict the short term investment return and profits.

Minimal investment

3000 Euro is necessary to get the investor status. Investments are accepted both from private individuals and organizations without any limitations. Investments are accepted from nationals of all countries
Description of property

The property is a two-floor high brick building build in the early 20th century. Size: 150 m2 at each floor, with a garden. The total land available is 1 are 43 centiares

Current status


The building is in a generally good state. To start exploitation the indoors renovation, installation of new plumbing, electricity and energy network and minor redecoration is needed. Following costs are necessary for the project: renovation costs, promotion cost, IT development cost, administrative cost. The complete budget of the project will be set at the investor’s conference at April 2010
Investments

The project is open for investment and donations from companies and private individuals worldwide. The announcements and detailed requirements are available at Gallery Gabrichidze publications. Upon placing the first investment all investors are eligible to inspect the project site, request the quarterly project development report and the project budget.

Investor relations

The investor’s conference will be set in  April 2010 at Rue Pletinckx 56, Brussels (headquarters of Gallery Gabrichidze bvba) to discuss further development of the project and to set up the budget. The final version of the business plan shall be established at the same conference. Each investor is eligible to claim the share of project profit equal to the share of his or her investment. Each investor is eligible to claim annual budget, and balance of the project on quarterly basis. Investors are eligible to claim profits only from this particular project. Under no conditions investors shall claim the dividends from other projects of Gallery Gabrichidze BVBA or from general profit of the company.
